What to expect

After placing your order

Device Shipment and Order Confirmation

Your customized care.coach tablet is being prepared and will be shipped to the address you provided. We’ll send you an email with tracking information as soon as it’s on its way. You will also receive an email confirming your plan selection and another email including your paid invoice.

Health Advocate Support and Video Calls

Once the tablet is activated, our team of trained Health Advocates will begin providing support. This includes wellness check-ins, medication reminders, and other personalized services to ensure ongoing care and companionship.

 

If you’ve signed up for video visits, you’ll be able to start using this feature right after activation. We’ve also included a guide in the package with instructions on how to make video calls through the care.coach platform.

Easy Set-Up Instructions

The tablet will arrive pre-configured for immediate use. All you need to do is turn it on, and the care.coach avatar will guide you through any final steps. We’ve also included a printed instruction guide in the package, making it simple to get everything up and running.

If you need to change the card on file or cancel your subscription, give us a call. If you cancel your subscription, you must return the device, you will be charged until the device is returned or a missing device fee is paid.
